I would like to like to give credit to a certain person in your Englewood office. Arlene Achilli works at the front office and checks patients in. She is so kind and understanding and goes beyond to do anything to help with questions and get the information you need. We are sad to hear she won't be at this office any longer and hope maybe you would reconsider since we all know her familiar face.
We have been going to Dr. Blaine and now Stacy Seitz, APRN since 2018 and we have been very pleased with the care we have received. Dr. Blaine and Stacy spend the time necessary to review all of your issues and and you come away feeling they are truly interested in your well being. The nurses and other staff associates are always friendly and professional.
Have taken my children here for 6 years. Dr Blain is great but his staff is incapable and awful. I will never go back. Upset me for the umpteenth time. And they don't see enough children so they don't have the shots in stock and the process is tramatizing-one at a time, being held down...
The nurse was nice but the doctor was horrible. Didn't even introduce herself was very rude. First time there and last time! And was there for 2 hours! Don't even deserve 1 star!!
