First the Provider is just wonderful. Front desk is not very friendly and the staff that answers the phones are rude and just unprofessional. I had asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on , I called back and canceled all my appointments and the person on the phone said ok bye . What the heck? It’s a shame because Fisher is just wonderful.

I have been going to Dr Christine Fisher in the Hudson office for many years. She is beyond professional compassionate caring with both her and her staff of nurses receptionist and the office always. Dr Christine Fisher ultimately wants all of her patients to feel better with empathy. That is such a strong aspect to have in the medical field. I was a former medical employee myself and she provides great care any patient will need. Thank you

A lot of the other bad reviews are very true. I’m not one to ever leave a review, being that I’ve worked in customer service in multiple backgrounds my whole life, but today really put the nail in the coffin for me continuing to come here. I walked into my afternoon appointment and walk up to the front desk and waited to be helped. The lobby was empty and had one worker named Elliany.
