I bought my World Cat new here in 2014 and have only used GCM for the scheduled service. Everyone I have dealt with here from the salesman to the service writer to the service techs have been very good to work with. At one point I lost programming to my engine gauges and their Suzuki tech walked me through the process of reprogramming over the phone. I just picked the boat up today from having an electrical issue resolved and engine service and could not be happier. Billy and his whole team are top notch
