Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with this company. They cancelled my application which I understand because there was a missing document. The problem is that they cancel my application without notifying me. I paid a deposit in March 2020 to move in June 2020. I wasn’t told or notified that deposit was not refundable. I found out my application was cancelled when I called to ask how to set utilities in my rental. They said they sent several emails that I didn’t received.
