I had to get my interlock serviced and they were great at taking my appointment. The office manager is wonderful and very thorough and helpful. She was able to get some charges waived for me and have them credited back to my account. The shop owner who works on the vehicles is an amazing and hardworking man. My car had a few issues with the battery and he was very nice and offered to fix the issue for me only charging me his shop minimum.
