Kevin did an inspection for me before I purchased a house. Inpection report said dryer vent needs cleaning and parts of crawl space were inaccessible. After moving in I find out there isn't a dryer vent at all and it just dumps right into the crawl space. I inpected the area easily and found no vent at all and wood damage in the area. I contacted Kevin and he said he was having computer problems and would get back to me. After several calls,texts and emails he refused to get back to me.
Kevin inspected my home before I purchased. Inspection stated the dryer vent needed cleaning. There was no vent, it dumped right into crawl space where there was visable wood damage. He promised to get back to me after I contacted him saying he was having computer problems, but after repeated attempts by phone text and email I never heard back from him.
