Despite signing a contract with the expectation of a smooth sale, it became clear that there was no contingency strategy in place. When challenges arose, there were no alternative solutions to keep the deal moving forward, ultimately leading to the contract’s cancellation. Be careful! They are extremely friendly and seem willing to work with you but they are not fully honest. I came to an agreement on pricing and settlement date with Nick, then he passes me to Matt, but what they don't tell you is that the agreement and pricing is contingent on them finding a buyer. As the days go by, they give you reasons why they can't find a buyer and the negatives about the property.
