Gulf Coast continues to do an outstanding job! Our 12 year old unit failed this past week. I called and they had a technician out quickly to diagnose and ultimately install a new unit. Lesson: Have a service plan with Gulf Coast. It will keep you running as long as possible and then when the time comes, they will ensure you are at the top of the list for anything needed to keep you going and return you to full service.
