Service was perfect! Our technician, Randy, was on-time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
We had an excellent experience. GCH and AC are trustworthy and honest. Randy explained everything in detail. He was able to repair it and get it up and running quickly. There was never any sales pitch to get a whole new unit like we had received from another company two years ago (6 year old unit). Randy has serviced the unit and it continues to run efficiently. Great service and price!
Everything is always great with Gulf Coast. Todd the owner and Randy the Sales Mgr are both so caring and easy to work with. They know their business and do an outstanding job. They are the best. Been a customer for over 12 years. Would not change for anything. Just had a new AC system put in. All great!
Randy and his assistant did a great job replacing a defective part in my new AC. Randy diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part and did the lengthy change-out in less than a week. He also discovered a bad breaker in the electrical box, drove to Home Depot and replaced it so the refrigerator would keep running. I'd give six stars if it was possible.
