Waited for several hours between two appointments and was never seen by Dr or communicated to that the Dr was running behind. Reschedule the first time second time left after 2.5 hours.
As a new patient I couldn't be more pleased Staff was good. DR. was Excellent went over everything with me explaining everything so I could understand every aspect of my care.
From the front desk staff to intake nurse all the way to dr labroo this was an amazing visit
The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are great, however this facility lacks accountability in the administrative area. They have lied to me on several occasions about Tricare referral statuses as well as the status of medical equipment being ordered by them for me. Each time, it has take over 30 days to resolve the issues, as they do not answer their phones and rarely return calls from messages.
