I first went to Gulf Coast Hearing Center on 10/2023 after my audiologist retired. I am so very fortunate to have found Brandon K. Porter H.A.S. He listened to all my concerns and questions and then programmed my Oticons to where I have volume control on the HAs - without a phone app. He also programmed and taught me how to use several other listening features on the HAs themselves. Would never trust anyone other than Brandon and Melanie concerning my hearing and hearing aids. I travel over an hour to see Brandon and Melanie. They are honest and their customer service is amazing!
