Brandon Porter has been wonderful to have for a hearing aid specialist. From the first appointment, more than a year ago, my husband and I felt so comfortable and supported in getting our hearing needs met. He is truly professional, friendly, and patient. His wife Melanie is the best in keeping everything running smoothly in their very welcoming office space. I first went to Gulf Coast Hearing Center on 10/2023 after my audiologist retired. I am so very fortunate to have found Brandon K. Porter H.A.S. He listened to all my concerns and questions and then programmed my Oticons to where I have volume control on the HAs - without a phone app. He also programmed and taught me how to use several other listening features on the HAs themselves. Would never trust anyone other than Brandon and Melanie concerning my hearing and hearing aids. I travel over an hour to see Brandon and Melanie. They are honest and their customer service is amazing!

I am so thankful I was able to get new hearing aids from Brandon. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood how to change my settings. He is very patient and caring. I highly recommend him and will not go anywhere else.
