BIG MISTAKE!!!! We saved our money the entire year for this vacation. The house we rented had several problems. MOLD, MICE, DIRTY POOL, AND TRASH JUST TO MENTION A FEW THINGS. I spoke with the head of maintenance. She played the victim saying "they were short on their maintenance staff". As if it was my fault she can't keep a full staff. I'll never rent from this company ever again.
We stayed at the Fathom House in Pensacola beach. We had no issues with communication Debi and Bri were both very prompt and helpful when texting them. The house was beautiful and had only one issue which was the master shower body jet handles were removed. Not a big deal just kinda tacky for a home of this caliber. The yard, pool and hot tub were a different story. We picked up quite a bit of trash in the back yard and I had to fix the fence in 3 places before we could let our dogs run. In March of this year, my credit card was hit with a $7066 fraudulent charge causing me great inconvenience. It was this company using Vacation Rent Payments as their collection arm. I had never heard of either company. I have never stayed in this town, and again never heard of these people. This charge was fraudulent and criminal. I strongly suggest finding someone else to do business with; also note other negative reviews here.
I've rented two different occasions from this company. 1315 Ariola being the first. The downstairs bedroom leaks water through the doors. It's no fun getting rained on when trying to sleep in a house. Also a huge puddle of water to step in first thing in the morning wasn't fun for my wife.
