Nurse was very rude when asking to get information on results and gave false results. My daughter is now at the Childrens memorial Herman having an emergency gall bladder surgery. Called a million times to get the results after her ultra sound and could not believe how the nurse treated me. Wish I came here the whole time a lot of money wasted and time of my daughter in pain for nothing to be done
Staff was super friendly. Couldn’t say much about doctor since he really didn’t talk to me much. He order a chest X-ray which I didn’t need I went there for issue for my gastrointestinal. They never call me to set up follow up to go over lab work. I can’t keep waiting around it sucks to be in pain most time.

Terrible office staff, easily confused, refused to give me (my paid for) test results. Dr seemed great but unprofessional staff
Very unprofessional staff! My husband had a procedure done with them in March. We had to pay $1102 upfront for our deductible, 5 months later we start to dig into our insurance claims to find out our insurance paid the bill in full. Call the office to find out we have had a "credit" of $1102 on our account since March. However they claim they will not release the money to us because we haven't paid the anesthesiologist who is a separate entity but they do the billing for.
