They made the typically unpleasant procedure of a colonoscopy much less horrible! The staff, nurses, and doctors were friendly, kind, and personable. They made sure I understand instructions for the "homework" part, and answered all my questions on procedere day, including my technical and goofy questions alike. Anesthesia was also great. You have to pay for a second appointment to get your test results. This bothered me mostly because you are paying full price for a virtual appointment. So I set up an in-office with the doc and he cancels the day before. Then if you try to pay your balance online, the receptionist cannot instruct you on how to use the website. Finally, only 3 months after my appointment, they ask "me" to go online and update my information. Good grief! Technology wise, this place is way behind. Nurse was very rude when asking to get information on results and gave false results. My daughter is now at the Childrens memorial Herman having an emergency gall bladder surgery. Called a million times to get the results after her ultra sound and could not believe how the nurse treated me. Wish I came here the whole time a lot of money wasted and time of my daughter in pain for nothing to be done

Staff was super friendly. Couldn’t say much about doctor since he really didn’t talk to me much. He order a chest X-ray which I didn’t need I went there for issue for my gastrointestinal. They never call me to set up follow up to go over lab work. I can’t keep waiting around it sucks to be in pain most time.
