Very happy at the time of visit, but now I am very frustrated. I called for an appointment and was told I was not in the system and none of my records were there, in order to be seen I would be treated as a new patient with no history. It has been a couple of years since I was seen but they did have the records of my husband which had not been there since before my last appointment. Very upset with this situation.

That review from 2012 was the old days, now there are new people there all the time. I never have the same person. Use to get good cleaning eat. But now it's just wham bam thank you mam. I gotta find someone new

Yes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Do you think this provider would be willing to pursue advice from other professionals if they run into a snag in your treatment? Definitely

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Dr Hart and his team are the greatest, my teen age daughter was so nervouse about going to the dentist but Dr Hart and the hygienist made her feel so comfortable that on her next visit I didn't even have to drive he she said she would be fine going by herself and you know what I didn't even have to miss work, which reminds me on her first visit the scheduled her in at 7:30 am and they had her in and out in time for me to get to work on time
