RecommendedThe instructors and all staff are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you understand the skills and the gear. I have gotten my open water and nitrox certs through GCD and my son is now working on his certs. No other place I would go for dive instruction or gear needs.
Kyle is an awesome instructor and there is nobody else I would let teach my 10 year old granddaughter!
GCD is by far the best dive shop on the gulf coast! Their instructor, Kyle, really takes the time to make sure that you are well trained and comfortable in the water. The divers that come out of this program are clearly the best trained divers around. If you have ever thought about becoming a scuba diver, I would highly suggest signing up for the first class. Once you being classes with this group, you will be hooked!
I highly recommend Gulf Coast Divers. All the employees are very helpful and the education you get from the classes is top notch. Kyle, the instructor, went above and beyond all expectations and really makes an impact on his students. If you are hesitant about diving and are looking to get into the sport, GCD is definitely the place to be.
I like gulf coast divers because they provide a much needed service for our community and they are super family friendly . I really think they offer a better learning experience than what is required because of their desire to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend this place! I was skeptical about getting certified but the instructor, Kyle, is amazing. He will answer any question you have and is so patient. The staff they have there is amazing in general. They all feel like family now!
Great stock and excellent I instructors. Kyle even invents new hand signals on the fly!
