I was with my family in the ER last night and heard from another section a nurse yelling and cussing a patient and threatening to restrain them if they did not do as they was told…. I was shocked this was allowed, I mentioned it to my nurse and he said he would mention it to the charge nurse, my nurse was wonderful and he treated me like a person and not an animal like the other nurse… I expected better from HCA
