We bought a whole house softener and Aquasential RO system 2 years ago. The sales and installation were fine, and we've been happy with the system, but their support is really bad and an obvious money grab. Changing the filters in the RO system takes about 10 minutes to do yourself if you're capable of unscrewing a lid off of a jar, however they won't sell you the filters to replace yourself. The Best Experience Ever and I wish I would have done this years ago after just one week. The communication, the explanation and the installation was a 10+. Very professional and our hair and skin feels softer, the nasty smell of chlorine and hard water here in Pinellas has been solved. The build up of calcium in and round faucets are going to be a thing of the past and want to say Thank You to the Culligan Team.

Once they get your money they don’t care much about properly maintaining the system. I’ve run out of salt 3 times and they’ve not once checked to see if there was an issue on a 2 person house. This last time I had to ask them to please check the system when delivering since it seems to be a recurring issue and the technician said the system settings were off. This has been set for almost 2 years. They happily charged me for the additional salt and told me that I could have another technician out again if I’d like. My inside ... read more
