Great company. Angelo is amazing; came out got my water softener working again and replaced my reverse osmosis filter. Very satisfied and recommend to anyone in the area!
Matt was an amazing sales rep answered all our question and got right to the point of what me needed Ken and Ricky were wonderful installers worked with the issues about an outlet left a very clean work area! Overall wonderful experience and painless set up Bought on Monday installed on Tuesday!
I just had my new water softener installed and so far so good. I am enjoying the great soft water. I called Culligan when my old water softener (not a culligan product) broke down, and they sent Dick Salt the next day. There was no pressure. He tested my water and gave me the facts, and the prices. Two days later my water softener was installed by a very nice person who explained what I needed to know. I'm a happy camper!
We connected with Matt James after finding out he took care of treating the well at the property we purchased. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful in his communication and time toward teaching us about our well situation, with no commitment toward a purchase. Highly recommend others do the same if needing more information about your water.
The new owner are horrible. Everything is now COD and if you you pay by check, they charge you and extra $5 per transaction. I have been a customer since 2015 with the previous owner and never had to pay in advance or be charged to pay by check. We are now purchasing our own equipment from our plumbing company and and getting rid of Culligan of Port Richey. It's really a shame that customers who have always been in good standing are being nickled and dimed by the new owner.
