Our experience with this management company was very disappointing. Over time, we lost confidence in their ability to provide the level of communication, professionalism, and support that a community association requires. Unfortunately, we experienced ongoing issues with communication, including receiving information that was later found to be inaccurate or inconsistent
The Gulf Coast Community Management Team set a high standard for cross-company collaboration, delivering both measurable results and a positive cultural impact. Their skills, initiative, and teamwork make them a valuable asset to any organization.
They have earned five stars only for the worst Community Association Management in the history of Sarasota County. For legal reasons, I can't go into detail of why. Let's just say you don't want it in your neighborhood.
Bill and his team are the best! Always get back to me in a timely manner . Just nice people to deal with!
