They have earned five stars only for the worst Community Association Management in the history of Sarasota County. I can't even go in to detail of why. Let's just say you don't want it in your neighborhood.

I am sure that both Bill and his wife mean well and have lots of experience but may be well over their heads. Bill comes across, in one of the meetings that I was in, as very thin skinned, a little unprofessional and not what I would say as diplomatic. It probably all stems from what I can tell as just trying to hold it all together in an environment where they probably are not that large of a firm and makes mistakes and then tries to cover by bravado and bullying.

Wish I could give a 0. Bill Ashby is unprofessional and a horrible property manager. Stay clear of this company.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They can't keep track of their own accounting records. They sent me a threatening letter because they claimed I didn't pay for April's dues and the account would be turned over to collections! WRONG--April was paid. When I called them to clarify, all he could say was you just owe for July. That's all, nothing is late! NO KIDDING SHERLOCK! There was No apology, no explanation, nothing!
