Five stars is NOT enough to rate my experience with Gulf Coast Chevrolet. My salesman, Elijah Lucero, is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made sure that we found the specific car to fit my needs. He and Sadrac Sanchez both took all my worries and anxiety (literally) away. Never did I feel like I was being pushed to buy anything. I had two gentleman who bent over backwards to make sure that I got what I needed. Thank you guys, yall are the ABSOLUTE BEST!
We purchased a used 2023 Chevy Equinox from this dealership on May 22 after my mom decided to buy a car for the first time in nearly 20 years. Sadrac assisted us throughout the process and assured us that all of their vehicles are fully inspected and sold in good working condition. The salespeople aren't great, but the service people are solid.
I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Gulf Coast GMC! From start to finish, Elijah Lucero made the entire process easy, transparent, and stress-free. We worked out the entire deal over text and email before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, which saved me a ton of time. My 2020 GMC Sierra has been in and out(mostly in) since November 2025. First time was three months, second time for six weeks. I didn’t get a loaner for either time. I was told they only had five loaner and I was number seventeen on the list. However, the third time I did get a nice loaner from the new service manager Brian. Brian worked with me to get the tedious and frustrating situation resolved with my truck finally last week 6/17/26. Thank you to Brian and Liz for everything!
