Justin Snyder is an exceptional provider. He takes the time to listen, never makes me feel rushed, and truly collaborates with me when developing my treatment plan. Been a patient of Ramos going on nearly a decade & have zero regrets. After covid a lot of places are filled to the bleachers with patients...However they've managed to still give me the same great level of service as well as professionalism.
Used to be great, love the therapists and nurse practitioners here but in the last year i can never get a hold of the office only leave messages aswell as recently this last month their medical assistant or doctor has failed to send in my prescriptions until i call to remind them usually multiple times, i never wanted to leave this review but i rely on my medications for stability and for anyone else that does i sadly cannot recommend this practice anymore
I filled out the intake form 8/21 and haven’t been able to get ahold of them. They called once, I missed the call and I’ve called multiple times and emailed with no reply.
