Five Star rating is very deserved ! I mistakenly made a 1 Star prior ( which I have no idea how it printed that.) Jeremy is a very knowledgeable business man. He came to repair my awning, arrived right on time, knew exactly the problem. I highly recommend him.
I called Jeremy this morning because one of our automatic awnings was stuck half open and not operational. He said he would try to get to me today and arrived around 3pm. He was able to fix the awning and explained to me what the problem had been. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
Amazing, meticulous and friendly are only the first 3 words that came to mind!!! I could keep going, but why. I would rather tell you that from first.contact right until completion I dealt with knowledgeable and professional staff. The work was meticulous and done in a timely fashion... Jeremy is responsive, knowledgable, professional and everything is done in a timely manner. We had Jeremy and Mike replace the fabric on our retractable awning over the pool equipment. This is the second awning they have done for us, and as always, the awning works great and looks terrific. Highly recommend Gulf Coast Awning.
