This guy's company is out of his personal home, and he refuses to return calls or answer any questions about the appraisal report he created. I've been leaving messages for him for 6 days. My questions would take less than 3 minutes to answer (I'd like to know what some of the numbers he wrote down represent). Unprofessional!! I contacted this company to do an appraisal on my home to help me determine whether I wanted to sell or refinance. Victor told me 5 to 7 days but up to 10 days. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I began to try to contact him. I left several messages on his business line. I received no return call. My experience at Gulf Coast Appraisals was friendly, reasonably priced, and very professional. I would recommend Victor Harrison to any one in need of appraisal services in the Florida Panhandle.
