Home owner Very poor experience!! Called this company to repair a problem with a high end residential unit that was less than one year old. The repair man showed up and confirmed that there was a problem, This costing me close 100 dollars, as if I didn't know that already, I was told it was a warranty issue. A sloppy half ass repair was done that didn't last, with the promise that they would contact Lennox. Gulfcoast Air Systems Inc is argumentative I would not recommend this company either. I paid them top dollar to move my the condenser. The installers were told a fence was coming in very close to where they were relocating the equipment. After the fence was installed, the AC equipment keeps the gate from opening all the way and when the second installer came out to discuss the situation, he did nothing but argue with me about how I wanted it at that location when the installers chose the location. Extremely argumentative Very stressful company. "Spins" the facts, tries to confuse. Very difficult to get them to so the right thing. You have to make your case over and over. Very difficult to deal with. Company culture must foster this to capitalize on public's lack of HVAC knowledge.

I started having problems with the A/C and found myself without an A/C company because the one who installed my unit recently went out of business.
