They installed all metal duct work, not flex duct. After they had installed the duct work, we made a change in our dining room and asked them to move the duct - they did it at no additional charge. Gulf Coast Air Conditioning Company I have had multiple experiences with this company repairing the a/c unit in my home, and each experience left me madder than the previous one. The owner treated me poorly, the servicemen that came to my house were gruff and unprofessional, and the price of their service and repair is exorbitant. I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the last air conditioning repair company in 100 degree Houston!
