Dr. Katz seemed very kind and sincere when I met him, but his assistant is the worst! I have never dealt with such a rude, argumentative, shyster of an assistant before. Perhaps, a DEI hire, either way I am finding a new doctor because of Dr. Katz staff and will NOT be referring anyone to his office. My experience with staff: - I was told they accepted my health insurance (is accepted), yet I was charged full price with no help or assistance from billing. Dr.Katz is always kind and supportive.
Dr Katz is knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Learned quite a bit about other solutions that were out there that I was unaware of. I would definitely recommend speaking with him.
