Owner is unprofessional and unstable. Mr Hyde had to be threatened with police action to have him leave my physician office. As soon as my lease is up his machine is out the door.
After being a loyal customer for over 4 years and never missing any payments, my business suffered, as many have, because of COVID-19. I called simply to ask if there was some way that GBS could help, either by helping to sell our machine that still had months left on the contract, or by ‘subletting’ it out, or if they had any other suggestions that would ease our burden. Many of our customers have suffered because of the Corona pandemic. We have sought to be patient and listen to all who have asked for help with their bills. This particular gentleman asked on three occasions for a unilateral indulgence that we could not give as the equipment is owned by a leasing company. Great service for our scanner/printer. George is an expert and is fast and courteous too. Our company has been dealing with GBS for years and plan on too in the future. Highly recommend this company.
Machines operate as advertised but the service team is the best!
