Do not use this company at all. I had the worst experience I have ever had from any contractor. I have been in the construction and low voltage industry for 26+ years and have never seen anyone not troubleshoot an issue and just replace parts. The original issue was the air handler fan motor was shutting off first thing in the morning for over a month. Steve the owner which is scary first said it was a bad board at $498.00. Steve installed my complete AC system and ductwork in 2011 and has been servicing it since. Excellent service.
Steve came out to take a look at the A/C on the house i am renting. I was very satisfied with his customer service and work ethic. He was prompt and was very educational on every question I asked. I made sure to take his info so I can someone to call in the future.
Nothing like driving a commercial vehicle and not using your turn signals. Almost took me out today on Park St.
Exceptional quick and efficient service. Called for service and Gulf Breeze Refrigeration and Air arrived within 2 hrs. Checked my unit with some diagnostic testing and had the 2 parts i needed to have replaced. Cool air circulating in the house in less than an hour. In mid August with temps in the mid 90's you want to get repaired and running as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend and call for their service again.
