This place has gone down hill. Been a resident for about 6 years. Everything needs to be run by management that isn’t even on the premise. This is a horrible place to live in. Let me start by saying that we called for an electrical issue that spectrum told us about since it caused the wire to burn. Management said it was our responsibility because the warranty of our house ran out. Huge and well lit..very nice
This place has been a disappointment for the 5 years we have been here. A total of 5 managers throughout those 5 years. Tells you a lot. Managers tend to target people. Maintenance doesn’t even do anything, as we are now responsible to cut our own grass. Pool is dirty with algae ( they don’t hire professionals to properly clean it). This place has gone down hill drastically. You’re also obligated to stay for 5 years on the premise upon on purchasing. I can’t wait to move out!!
