You pay over 600 for the smallest piece of land where the water is constantly off for whatever reason at least once a week for hours. Even though you owe the home for there is no proper maintenance to keep it nice, the trash bins are in a blind spot and we used to have it picked up but now that’s not offered and our rent continues to go up with no improvements or repairs , no amenities, and no empathy to their tenants. Place sucks. Save your money and go somewhere else. Kids always speeding, management doesn’t do anything about anything. Place has gone down hill. Regional vice president is as bad as management here.
