I contracted with Gulf Atlantic Industires in November of 2017. No work was done on my roof. I gave them 8000 deposit. They kept the money and performed no work. There was one excuse after another. The last excuse was that they were using their "laboratories to evaluate my roof tile color" I have a complaint that is pending with the BBB, the Florida State Attorney General, and the Division of Regulation Department of Business & Professional Regulation, case number 2018033486. They are great to work with. They have professional installers and they clean up very well. The sales person was very professional and helped us get a new roof from our insurance company. Initially our insurance company turned us down, but they were able to get it 100% paid for.
This company was amazing. My insurance company tried to pay me $4000 for tile repairs. The representative was very knowledgeable and the tile was discontinued. After three months of work and they got their company attorney involved, I got a brand new beautiful tile roof for $185.000.00. Thank you so much. I wish I would have not waited even 3 weeks to sign their agreement. They did a great job for my family and 4 of my neighbors!
They did a great job. My insurance company tried to only pay for repairs on my roof when it was missing about 20 shingles. After 2 months of hassling my insurance company they got the insurance to pay for the roof and they were very professional on the installation day. It only took them one day to do the job. I could not believe it. Any roof in my neighborhood by other company's was taking 2 to 4 days!
