AJ reached out to me 10pm on Friday evening after she saw my online inquiry. In less than 12 hours she had four tours scheduled that fit my criteria and she spent the entire Saturday showing me around. AJ is a rare breed and an exceptional professional as well as a quality person. In the tough world of real estate you want someone as dedicated and urgent as her. During a very high market. My agent missed the appraisal by a HUGE amount. Left the state & apparently didn't notify the primary broker Alicia. There was no understanding on her end, as she scrambled to find paperwork 2 days before closing. There were a lot of excuses & disclosure of personal issues my agent was experiencing, which I did hate to hear. However, at the end of the day, the agent provided no guidance or advice. Would not recommend this company.
