I had the exact same situation as the first reviewer here. Called and emailed more times that I can even remember. Never answered or followed up. Unbelievably poor service.

Existing customer hung out to dry – Called Gulde & Ortquist PC several times over a three week period leading up to 4/15. Every time, the receptionist told me how "busy" their office is, took my information and said that a partner would be getting back to me. On the second or third time I called I finally had to ask "Is my case going to get handled?" All I got was a non-committal "I can't make the decision on that, I will have someone call you." (keep in mind I was an existing client in this office) That call wasn't returned... read more
