The staff here are so accommodating. They always make sure they do the style I ask. The reassurance is unmatched. I have 10/10 would recommend. A very nice group of people. Fast service as well
I’ve been going to this salon faithfully for over a year, usually once or twice a month for pedicures and dip powder. I’ve always tipped well and never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely upsetting and I won’t be returning. During my pedicure, the tech used a drill to remove my shellac polish and burned my toenail.. twice. Went to get a gel manicure and my nails were chipping at the tips the same day. I went the next day, and they were really nice about fixing them. I was satisfied, even though they only re-polished a couple of nails and put another top coat on the others. Well here it is two days later and my nails are chipping at the tips again. They did offer to fix them again, but I shouldn’t have to come back for the third time for my nails to be done correctly.
