Very small restaurant. We were almost out the door. Very limited seating. We came together but were served at different times.
I am thrilled that I finally dined at Guiso Latin Fusion. The creations were divine. The ingredients were fresh, and I could tell that a lot of thought was put into assembling the tastes together. The presentation was also very impressive. We got the tasting menu and tried a lot. Our favorite was the Paella Caribena, it was a fusion dish and the flavors were exquisite. It is a very small and intimate restaurant so reservations are a must. There weren’t many times available when we dined so we went for an early dinner.
Fantastic restaurant all around. The food was absolutely incredible (my favorite was the pescado and sliders). The host/server Vanessa was so kind and had amazing recommendations! It’s the only place worth eating at when visiting. We’ll definitely be back!
