Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

This was my first appointment and was kept waiting for approximately 30 mins this was due to the doctor seeing to a patient at the hospital. When he arrived I was seen straight away. He was very thorough, not rushed, clearly explaining what was going on with my condition in simple lay man's terms. The appointment was not rushed and felt like I was being listened to. Came away feeling a lot more confident with more understand of any concerns I may have had.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help
