Guinn’s did an excellent job on my pool equipment installation. I’ve used a few others and feel this company’s work was above and beyond. They work was clean and professional. I highly recommend this company to other builders and Family.
I would not recommend calling this company. I have not used them but they were referred so I contacted them. I patiently waited even though I had a time crunch, because they said they could possibly come out on Monday, but definitely Tuesday. I had told them I was going to be leaving town on Tuesday so was hoping to get this done before I left.or at least looked at so they knew what I needed I patiently waited on Monday and checked in with Receptionist. We called with our problem and they were there same day to access and fix it.
Was severely misquoted (several hundred dollars)on work I had scheduled to be done. Found out after work had started. Was willing to pay more for miscommunication but they were unwilling to work with me on price and the total job was half done. The half that was done was done well and technicians were excellent.
