Guillot Realty agent is very dishonest. Caught in multiple lies between him and the bank loan officer of the foreclosed property. Lied on multiple occasions when trying to purchase foreclosed property. He is all about increasing his commission by encouraging parties to get into a bid war to fatten his pockets while lying about purchase agreements, lying about forecloser bank accepting buyers offer and pretty much lying about everything. Nice and well respected for what ever reason??! 😵💫 but when it comes to the sale of your home they seem like it's no biggie to them. They are fine with your home sitting on the market for ever and a day even if that means hardship for yourself and family. Like a sense of urgency would be nice. I get that you take on every single project in the ascension dville area but if you can't handle it don't bite off more then you can chew period.
