Still No Refund as Promised. Terrible Experience. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney Generals office. Didn't do repairs.
I dropped off my truck 1 week late at the end of May. Dominic said that he would have to get to it between others. At one point he told me he thought it was finished, he had to check. NOTHING. After i told him a tranny swap is a 1 to 2 day job with 2 guys. He got EXTREMELY Angry and said i could pick up the truck unfinished and he would Refund my 1200.00 . AS of today, i am still waiting on my full Refund. This man has Anger issues.
Im not giving up on getting my full refund.
Doesn't refund. You have to make a complaint with the BBB and Louisiana Attorney General's office to get any Response from this shop or refund if your LUCKY.
8 weeks since my truck was dropped off. i was able to get my truck back last week and it hadn't been touched. This man's shop license was revoked may 15th 2023 and reinstated January 12th 2024 as stated online. He has Anger issues and if you anger him, its all downhill from there.
Im still waiting on a Full Refund. This Guy Dominic Guillory sent partial refund like that's going to settle with me or the Louisiana District Attorney's office where i made a Complaint. Both the District attorney/LaTonya and i are both waiting for this man to do the Right thing and give me a Refund that i have been waiting for several weeks.
i did finally get a partial refund, waiting on the rest. 700 received and waiting on 500. Attorney General's office complaint did help.
