Stopped in today for some parts, I normally deal with Guilliven Kamloops, glad to see the great customer service is coast to coast. The guy at the counter was new, but had great support from the other staff, I wish I knew her name but the counter lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. The parts monkey in the back was extremely helpful, I think his name was Mike. Coffee machine was an awesome touch. Overall 5* Don't sweat the guy below complaining about parking, he is obviously a tool.

Why was your employee parked in the green vehicle charging spot while he shopped the LCBO on Columbia St W at 10:20am on March 20th 2023? The gas van does not have a charging port and took up the only spot I could charge my car in. For your employee: In Waterloo, if city bylaw is informed of a non-green vehicle parked in a green designated spot, the car can be towed at owner's expense.
To be honest, I would’ve gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the half hour Waite each time
