Janie the MA was very rude and condescending. She had no interest in my concerns and was very dismissive to my request to have the Dr call me about my concerns. She was cutting me off and calling me pet names as if I dont know what narcissistic behavior sounds like. Janie I dont know if you care but people's lives are on the line and if something bad happens thats on you. I really hope she relayed the message to the Dr because her incision has been open for 5 months and if its infected he should be aware and be able to give ... read more
Excellent Doctor. Dr. Medrano listened to my concerns and answered all questions related to my surgery. EP.
My husband had emergency gall bladder surgery and Dr. Medrano performed the surgery. My husband recovered quickly with very little pain. I attribute this to Dr. Medrano’s surgery skills.
Dr. Medrano and his staff have great care from start to finish. From the warm welcome at reception to the thorough examination and clear explanations, every aspect of my visit was top-notch.
