La mujer de la recepción es muy grosera hice una cita con ellos y el día de mi cita le pregunté sobre otro seguro y me dijo que ellos no me iban a atender y le dije que por qué y me dijo porque me hablaste de otro seguro le dije mira te hice una pregunta como me vas a cancelar la cita después de tantos días esperando y le cobraron a mi seguro una cita que me hicieron ir sin atención embarazada por fiv eso no se le hace a ninguna mujer embarazada 0 estrellas le doy cambien el personal muy grosera y con cara de mosca muerta
I just called to see if they can accept me as a new patient and the lady on the phone only answer saying "como te puedo ayudar" only in spanish. I found this as a falta de respeto because what if if im a english speaker not spanish? super mal atendida
Excelente atención de la Dra. Mariana. Muy amable, profesional y atenta. Se tomó el tiempo para escuchar mis preocupaciones, explicar todo con claridad y responder todas mis preguntas. Me hizo sentir muy cómoda y bien atendida. La recomiendo totalmente.
