Dr Jose Rosa is the worst!
This office is completely and totally incompetent. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do and you have to call back numerous times and then the office manager has the audacity to try and turn their issues around on you. I’m done!
They don't answer the phone, it's impossible to communicate and to be able to communicate you have to visit the office even if you can't and if you're an older adult it will be impossible for you to resolve a situation. very bad service
