DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY. Owner sold me a pest control maintenance package consisting of multiple treatments, I paid $370 upfront. I had to chase the owner to come out for the initial service application because apparently he further to schedule it on his end. When he came, he forgot that I already paid him until I showed him evidence of payment. We have used Steve to treat our home for several years and have referred others to him. Steve was supposed to come to spray in June and canceled because of weather saying he'd come in July. We have called and texted him numerous times and he has been unresponsive to us and our next door neighbor who also used his services because of our referral. It's pretty sad that he just disappeared without giving any notice to his customers.

This year we paid Steve for services in April 2025, check was cashed almost immediately, but he hasn’t shown up. He has been texted, called and emailed, but he will not refund us our money (as of July 15, 2025). This is extremely sad as we have known him for a very long time being past neighbors.

I was afraid to go onto my patio after being stung twice by ground bees that were nesting under the air conditioner unit. I called and Steve was at my home in minutes. He took care of those aggressive little demons right away for a very reasonable price. He will be my "go to" for any future problems.
