I am very happy with the service Guillen Family provided . I had an issue with my hallway restroom toilet flange being too high making the toilet wobble. After making the call to Guillen Family Roy came by and assessed the issue . He explained all the steps it would take to get the job done. I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about and decided to throw in 2 more jobs. Today all 3 jobs were completed in a timely matter , very professional and a very clean all around . Guillen Family did an awesome job. They were very personable and professional. They kept us informed every step of the way. What started out as a main line feed to our back house ended up ended up being multiple issues connected to the line. He did quite a bit of extra work that was not included in his original that he did not charge for. We offered to pay for the extra work, and he would not accept it. I don't often leave reviews but when stellar work is done it needs to be known. I needed work done on our septic tank due to previous plumber stating it was about to fail. I chose to get a second opinion with Roy and team due to a friend's recommendation. Not only gave us a better price than what was quoted by the big name competition, but explained every option and reason for the different avenues of maintenance and what was needed versus preventative. I called Guillen Family Plumbing to get a second opinion on some potential work for our house because another company was trying to squeeze every penny out of us. Roy was very helpful and was even able to come out the same day. He did a really good job at explaining all that needed to be done without trying to over sell extra work or appliances. All the work was done in a timely manner and with great prices. We will definitely be using Guillen Family Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.
