It's a decent barber shop with friendly staff but a cut has to be exceptional for near $30+ tip. Not sure if it's the norm now but, a simple cut at that price seems very high. Top Hair Design just a few meters down offer men's cut at $15 which is far more reasonable.

Been going there since I moved down here 5 yrs ago Sonia does a great job and I went to about a dozen other places before I met her she's does a great job
