Brought in my 2013 VW Jetta TDI. Sal was upfront when mentioning that he doesn't usually work with this type, but was willing to see what can be done as far as replacing the serpentine belt, tensioner and also doing the timing belt service at 120k. Dropped car off on a Wednesday and not to be surprised, the car is a fighter and always has been. We didn’t have any repairs done, so I can’t speak to the quality of their mechanical work— but the poor rating is due to their complete lack of communication. We dropped off our car on a Wednesday afternoon after being told it would be fixed within two days. After hearing nothing, we tried calling on Saturday— no answer. Good people and they were nice
Great place to take your car. Super friendly staff. Asked plenty of questions. Got my AC and oil pan done all in one day. Reasonable price and stayed very close to the quote price even thought I need a little extra done. Will definitely be my go to mechanic.
