Billed my insurance for a 15 minute introductory consultation when I was under the impression it would be complementary. Not sure what caliber of company bills insurance for a meet and greet with a counselor but I wouldn't recommend them for my terrible experience so far, counselor was Ashley Oakley.
NEVER GO HERE. My therapist was fired for being horrible at her job and not showing up to her appointments. I am a mentally and physically disabled person and they left me with no reference and no warning. Their inability to do their job cost me a more than one trip to Untiy. Never use this place. They are still emailing me.
