Get rid of your AAA drivers who make customers wait for over 2 hours then tell the customer to "Suck his Dick". Also, it would help if the owner would acknowledge that he made a bad hire instead of trying to turn it around on the customer reporting the driver. I made it home once the business was taken out of your hands and a real tow truck company was called. Losers. I'd rather walk in the bad weather 20 miles before I'd give you any business again
