They are very thorough, and very professional.
The young man that assisted Me today was absolutely kind, patient, and displayed great customer service. Via microchip, He helped Me to find a very sweet puppy home. She, the pup, allowed Me to help her. Others had been trying to catch her for two days or so. But, this very much loved family dog is going home today. Thanks much again young Sir for being the hero for this pup today ☺️.
