They are very thorough, and very professional.
Poor service! I took my cat here for her first exam and they failed to inform me that she was PREGNANT! My appointment also felt rushed and they barely addressed my concerns. They also shaved a patch of my cars fur off without my knowledge or permission. I didn’t realize she had a bald spot until we got home. Do not go here! Worse vet in NC.
