HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. First time to office. Took cat for most likely UTI (since that is her history). Was told upfront $482 for diagnostics and exam! Then the tech stated I needed to “come back tomorrow” so they could sedate my cat (for extra money) to get labs. Office is money hungry, ignorant, and highly unprofessional. just wanted to schedule a check up And an overall health exam for my cat and my dog. I made it clear that my cat had asthma and had been working with another Vet but I’ve moved and would like somewhere closer, I got a phone call this morning asking questions and when I let her know that my cat had asthma and I was trying to find a better way to manage it because the inhaler wasn’t working as well as it used to so maybe he Needed a higher dosage of the medicine I was giving him, etc., the lady on the phone sounded like she di... read more
