This was our first time visiting this vet after spending hours in the emergency clinic across the street the night before. Our sweet Tinkerbell was failing and needed follow up after leaving the emergency clinic. We had lost faith in the vet we had been seeing for years and did not know where to go. Guildford-Jamestown Vet got us in right away at 9 am the next morning. To my heartbreak we made the decision to lay Tink to rest. Part 1: I had called pet insurance regarding insurance claim on my dog who unfortunately passed away. I was notified insurance copy needed documentation. So I called insurance and asked what documentation. Vet office said it did not receive request so I called pet insurance again. I double checked that the vet office did indeed receive request this time. This time they wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise and were rude. Needed to transfer my cat for emergency surgery from their location to Charlotte and have been waiting for an hour and a half to even see her... I asked the ladies up front if everything was okay and they gave me an attitude and dismissed my question without answering it and then said that I was being aggressive even though I asked the question in passing as I was going outside to prep our car.... Absolutely insane, vets might be fine, I haven't gotten to talk to one, but if you care about customer service, go somewhere else
