My family has been going here for years, my sister even worked here, so when I moved back we decided to bring our senior dog in when she was very sick. Had an appointment scheduled and arrived ON TIME for them to tell me it’s rescheduled on a different day. No one called to advise of the change and because they were “booked” they couldn’t explain why my appointment was cancelled and moved. I’ll take my pup elsewhere red flags already for a first time visit.
