My family has been going here for years, my sister even worked here, so when I moved back we decided to bring our senior dog in when she was very sick. We went several times, had diagnostics completed and never heard anything. I would call and was told they were too short-staffed and it is what it is. Dr. Loryn Smith was so nice and explained everything in great detail. The entire staff was the greatest and very kind as well as efficient on a Saturday morning when they were short of workers. L. E.
Had an appointment scheduled and arrived ON TIME for them to tell me it’s rescheduled on a different day. No one called to advise of the change and because they were “booked” they couldn’t explain why my appointment was cancelled and moved. I’ll take my pup elsewhere red flags already for a first time visit.
